I am passionate about supporting therapists so they can direct their energy towards what truly matters-the clients!

A few words about me

With over a decade of professional administrative work experience, I have honed my organizational skills and excel at handling diverse administrative responsibilities. I have discovered a genuine passion for supporting therapists in numerous ways

But that’s not all! With a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and extensive experience in HR, particularly in the dynamic field of Recruiting, I possess a talent for finding the perfect match.

I manage the client intake process, scheduling appointments for new and existing clients, and tackling various other tasks that contribute to the practice’s success. My objective is to handle time-consuming administrative duties, allowing the clinicians to direct their energy towards what truly matters – the clients!


Why I became an assistant for psychotherapists?

Driven by my passion for mental health and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the field, I launched a business as an administrative assistant and recruiter supporting mental health therapists. I recognized the growing demand for mental health services and the unique challenges therapists face, presenting an opportunity to combine my recruiting and administrative skills with my commitment to supporting mental well-being.

Through my work, I strive to create a supportive and efficient environment for therapists while enhancing the overall well-being of individuals seeking therapy. Through efficient scheduling, effective communication with clients, therapist recruiting, scheduling and documentation, I strive to alleviate the administrative burden placed on therapists, enabling them to focus on delivering compassionate care.

My goal is to streamline and organize practices, ensuring that therapists can dedicate their expertise and attention to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys.

NSAC was established with the intent of making the highest quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to treat social anxiety available to those in need.
