Safely develop, grow, learn and share with the support of others
Starting at $75 / session (Full Group Fee Due Before Group Begins)
You are not alone
Group Therapy is a unique way to learn from and support peers who are dealing with similar issues, normalize feelings, reduce isolation and practice new skills as you develop trusting and healthy relationships.
We create groups for clients to provide help with common challenges and share healthy, more adaptive ways to manage difficulties. It is also a great option for those seeking to supplement their individual therapy or for those with financial constraints.
If there is a group that you would like to see started, our ears are open. To share, CLICK HERE.

Monarch Group
For Black Adult Survivors of
Female Childhood Sexual Abuse
- A New Cycle Begins Every 4 months, TBD
- Via Zoom for Telehealth
Facilitated by Jasmine Rivera-Hackley, LMSW, this brand new group was created with Black Women in mind and heart. The unique experiences, demands, roles, burdens, expectations and the objectification and sexualization of the Black Girl/ Woman in The United States of American makes this particular trauma complex and often ignored. We wanted to design a space for our Queens where you can hold court, feel supported, be understood and be celebrated without fear of judgment, stereotyping or gaslighting. You are the Monarch of your life. Together we can work on rebuilding so you can enjoy your empire.
Just like a Queen, the Monarch Butterfly was meant to fly beautifully and freely. It is time to accept your birth right.
Black Female Survivors of of childhood sexual abuse are welcome here. Chamin Ajjan LCSW, A-CBT, CST and Jasmine Rivera-Hackley, LMSW are dedicated to designing a program that is safe, meaningful, healing and transformational. Like Melissa’s Group, this 12-session group progresses through 3 stages: Trauma and Its Manifestations, Telling Your Story, and Empowerment. But like the Queens it is designed for, it is more nuanced and distinctive.
Group members will explore:
- the intersectionality of race and sexual trauma
- emotional blocks
- generational trauma/challenges
- prioritizing yourself
- guilt, shame and stigma
- feelings of isolation
- the adultification a Black Girl
- empowerment

- healthy coping mechanisms
- developing healthy relationships and setting boundaries
